Your Age
I pitched this concept and wrote the ‘Your Age’ script for Seattle ad agency World Famous while on a campaign for their Amazon Web Services account. I was tasked with showcasing how brands were leveraging AWS to change the way we live and do business.
Your Age was well received with a Key Message Penetration score of 92%, Increased Brand Interest of 79% and a Highly Relevant score of 93%.
Your Age was reborn for the London market as “In My Time” in 2022.
BROTHER (VO): Things change pretty fast. When I was your age, things were… different.
[Petco] Dad, the Kids, and a dog pull up to Petco’s curbside pickup. A masked Employee loads the order into the back.
BROTHER: It took forever to do errands.
[Orangetheory] Mom uses the Orangetheory app to do an online class. We zoom out to reveal that Brother and Sister have set up next to her, trying their best to do lunges/hold ‘downward dog.’
BROTHER (whispering): We weren’t allowed to be in Mom’s class.
[HGTV] Mom, brother and sister are using HGTV’s Design Home App to slide an AR climbing wall into place.
BROTHER: I never got to design my own room.
[HelloFresh] Parents cook a HelloFresh meal kit for dinner. Dad throws an ingredient in the sizzling pan like a TV chef; Mom laughs.
BROTHER: And when Dad made dinner, it was usually…
Mom and Dad smooch; Brother is grossed out.
BROTHER: ...macaroni.
SISTER: Wow. I wonder what it’s gonna be like when I’m your age?
[TICKER] AWS is how HelloFresh / HGTV / Orangetheory / Petco build on.

Road Trip
I pitched this concept to Seattle ad agency World Famous for an Amazon Web Services campaign to highlight the way AWS is reshaping brands we use in any given day.
This spot used a warm relatable story to show the breadth of diversity of companies who use AWS to power their business.
Connected
I pitched this concept to Seattle ad agency World Famous on a campaign for Amazon Web Services.
My idea was to show a family at home getting through pandemic life from their education to communication, entertainment to exercise, highlighting how many brands that kept us going were powered by AWS.
This spot was so well received that AWS requested a new script of the same style highlighting innovation one year later and I wrote Your Age as the response.
[DoorDash] Kid and Dad open the front door to pick up a contactless delivery of groceries, trading waves with the departing Dasher. Dasher wears a face masks. We hear Kid’s narration in voiceover.
KID [VO]: Well, things are different these days. But we’re figuring it out.
[Blackboard] The Kid is doing schoolwork collaboratively using Blackboard, while Mom works nearby.
KID [VO]: We’re doing school online now… learnin’ a lot…
[Netflix] We see the Family settling down with popcorn to watch a projected movie outside; an idyllic summer scene.
KID [VO]: ...finding cool stuff to watch…
[Peloton] As Dad bikes a course on his Peloton workout, Kid and Mom fold clothes.
KID [VO]: ...Dad’s got some new workout buddies…
[Zoom] We cut to Kid video chatting in the kitchen, which is messy with ingredients; all along, the VO we’ve been hearing is her conversation with her Grandparents, who are helping her make a beloved cookie recipe in the kitchen.
KID: ...and I still get to spend time with you! (smiles)
[TICKER] AWS is how Zoom / Peloton / Disney+ / Blackboard / DoorDash keeps us connected.
